About us

HR Business Consulting entered the fluid and competitive market of search & selection services in the autumn of 2003. Despite the heavy competition, we have succeeded in winning the trust of both companies and candidates, and in demonstrating our professionalism, through a lot of work and patience.

Our main activity consists of personnel search and selection services. The diligence and rigor with which we approach each step of each assignment, the constant communication with the client, and our flexibility have led to lasting collaborations with most of our clients, and to the increase in complexity of the assignments entrusted to us.

Most of our experience is built on assignments for middle management, top management and highly specialized positions. We have conducted search and selection projects in various areas: production, services, distribution. On each occasion, we have proved that we are capable of understanding the particularities of each domain and adjusting accordingly in a short period of time.
